Ben set up temporary power for our fire rebuild in 2018. I would have used him for our rebuild , but our contractor used another firm. Now that perimeter and house done I choose to use Schafer electric from now on. He did an excellent job.

Your technician Tony, did an excellent job reconfiguring a confusing lighting/receptacle situation in my newly purchased home. He politely knocked at the minute the arrival window began- and was kind and patient as I requested to look over his shoulder as he worked to learn about the circuitry as a new homeowner. He went above and beyond touring the attic with me so I could trace some of the junctions considering remodeling and adding receptacles after the job was complete

Mike from Schafer did a stellar job replacing the electrical panel at my home in Clearlake. He was professional yet very friendly. He communicated with me throughout every step of the project and took care of all the paperwork and communication with the county and PG&E. He was always there when he said he would be and the job was completed ahead of schedule. The end result was a clean, well-marked and perfectly performing electrical panel. The office staff was also friendly and efficient and the payment process was very convenient. I would highly recommend Schafer Electric.

I needed help fixing a light fixture in an old glass showroom display case. I called Schafer Electric late in the afternoon, explained my problem and within 15 minutes they called back with an appointment for the next day. Tim showed up on time and got right to work fixing my light. It was awkward to work on since it was still in the showcase, but Tim stuck to it and got it repaired in a short period of time. I highly recommend them and will definitely call Schafer Electric for any future electrical needs.
This is the second time that I have worked with Schafer Electric and I can say that they are wonderful. They showed up on time and did a fabulous job. Schafer Electric provides excellent, professional service. They came out once for an emergency call on a Sunday morning and again to install some lighting. They were on time, fast and did exactly what we discussed in the estimate. No overages for time or materials and we have been extremely happy with the results.
Today we had a Shafer Electrician respond when we called to report a motion sensor light installed two years ago by Shafer wasn”t working.
